How long does it take?
What can I have stitched?
Letters, numbers, spaces and simple punctuation (. , ’ ! ? & - # + : /). Each piece has its own character limit so the lettering stays crisp. We don’t stitch hateful or threatening language, other brands’ logos or trademarks, or anything we’d be embarrassed to hand you.
Will the thread color match the screen exactly?
Close, but screens vary. Thread has a sheen that a preview can’t fully show. If color matters a lot, note it on your order and we’ll get in touch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on where it’s going.
Can I return it?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they’re final sale. If we make a mistake or something arrives damaged, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I change my order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before it goes to embroidery. After that it’s already being stitched.
Gifts and bulk orders?
Yes to both. Bridesmaids, teams, offsites, the whole group chat. Email us with what you have in mind.
